Grilled Fish Fillet in 20 minutes | Cheese, Tomato and Onions | Like Pizza Minus the Bread
Ingredients
3 pieces fish fillet (about 600 grams)
2-3 onions
3 tomatoes
Grated cheese Pepper Olive oil
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180c
2. Line oven tray with foil/baking paper
3. Grease foil with olive oil
4. Coat fish with olive oil on tray
5. Put diced tomatoes
6. Add diced onions
7. Top off with lots of grated cheese (mozarella* or tasty cheese)
8. Grind black pepper all over
9. Put in the oven for 15-20 mins
10. Transfer fish to plate with two spatulas
11. Serve hot on its own or with chips, wedges or onion rings
*I love mozarella because it’s so stringy!
